Front Bumper came loose

Can any good lations advice me what to do with the loose bumper. As the bumper is loose, a (tattering) sound will be produced while driving on the rd. Have consulted a mech and he said repairing it may damage the mudguard. Meanwhile what i will do after parking the car is to gently push back the front bumper in. Any advice for me???

your bumper's catch is broken... u need to replace it... go to Alexander village, at the very very end - next to the trees and bushes... there is a shop that does knocking... Ah Poh is his name...
