dun think oiling solve the problem, most probably they did a top up of gas.
Seems like these problem usually surface after aircon flushing during those major servicing @ ard 60K, mine
Talk with the mechanics @ Toh Guan Autosaver today, he told me quite a few cases with Latio, either coil or compressor kaput, usually after aircon flushing. Conclusion is most probably those residues tat use to pluck the problems are removed thus surfacing/escalating the problem.
With the statistics from the other threads, seem like the case.....
going down to Autosaver for repair tomorrow, now chiam see tong with the gas top up. damage est. @ ~$700 :cool2:

i oredi changed my a/c compressor @ TCM for 1.3K........then the water "boiling" sound came from center console area....TCM recommend to do top overhaul at abt 1K but no guarantee will solve the problem....in the end, went to my co. w/s & they oil the motor inside (motor for opening & closing vent).....till now sound is gone....
GKF:
Wah sound serious ... I called tcm .. An engineer told me to go down for them to check for foc but fixing cost might be chargeable.
Sigh sian ....

Seeing all these complaints in here is quite worrying. Lose confidents in Nissan/Latio. Are you on TCM NPMP program? Maybe try bang some tables see if they can waive the repair cost for you - out of goodwill. But bros in here end up paying only the labour charge - better than nothing...

hi bro, the water sound is most probably from condensed water at coil aka evaporator.
I might be wrong though.
But as long as ur problem is solve, then should be Ok la. :)
