cheap oil change and checking only - any recommendations?

Hi all

im going for my 30k servicing, and wish to save some $$ by purchasing my own synthetic oil ($27) and latio oil filter. Any bros have any wkshop to recommend for cheap oil change and also simple checking of my car? I heard this can be done for like $20 or less, but im not sure which workshops is good.

I would prefer the wkshop to be in Singapore.
