Hi all ....
drove for 20mins on highway and suddenly the based of the gear-knob (*highlighted in blue) gets "sorching hot" ...... wat happens ah? CVT oil due for change?
btw, i am almost due for 100K servicing (*CVT changed at 60K)

as far as i know....it is always hot after driving for some time....
but still can touch by hand....mine is the same........
i think nothing to worry

mine is not really consider hot but would say lukewarm.... cause our exhaust is right below... stay cool bro

oh .... think it's always luke-warm and still touchable ... but it was sorching-hot (*like touching boiling kettle) that day ..... ouch !!!
