Weird Headlight Problem

very likely your bulb blown. same case for me on the nightbreakers - high beam works on both lamps but normal headlamp beam show one side lighted up only.
looks like its common on the nightbreakers to fail after 7-8 months but IMHO, its a good set of headlamps and hence willing to pay the premium for improved vision.

Yeah Night breakers usually work for about half a year and plus a little bit before they blow. But they do give a huge improvement to visibility.
Another option for you to think of is the philips xtreme power which i do not carry due to the high cost involved. They are durable and of course, money more lor...
