The 4-6 sec is for you to think are you going too fast and too close.

I don't come across a situation where i need to jam my brakes hard when i'm driving normally on the road

I only press that hard occasionally when i'm driving enthusiastically on an empty road just having some "fun"

If i slowly release towards the very end, which would result in a smoother stop even though i pressed very hard initially, i wouldn't have this problem

My point is i've never experienced this on any other car i've driven before except this Latio

go to another workshop mentioned by some bro here for a check. we can say maybe is the tube, the oil, the pump or the spring etc but you still need a mechanic to verify the cause of the problem. Since TCM can't solve the problem you should try other branch of TCM workshop or just do your servicing outside.

This may not be the cause but since you like to have some fun occasionally, you should consider upgrade your pad to higher temperature grade type instead of changing back to stock pad at TCM.  A bro is selling his Run&Stop curve slot rotor + nano pad at a good price now.
