Called TCM this morning.. the parts will be coming in end Nov / early Dec.. As their HQ is still compiling the paperwork, you may received the letter from Mid Dec onwards..

I had booked an appt on next wk together with my servicing..

hi sunnyong, are you able to access the link that you provided? cos when i click on that link, it shows me error.
BTW: I am using IE8
