Faulty volume knob for latio head unit

Hi Bro,

anyone experience the same problem?
I know nuts bout head unit, but will like to dismantle my head unit to take a look.
However, can any expert here guide me how to take it out? quite Chim looking.  :confused1:

Hey buddy.. I am not sure bat what happened but I just changed my head unit.. If u want u can have my jvc stock head unit for 50 bucks..
