Today I had my 70K servicing, and referring to my complaint of a KOK! sound when driven over hump from the front, I was advised that the following was damaged and the repair cost is $430.

"Front Suspension Rubber Damper/ Top Mounting"

Does this mean I have to change the only the front suspension(driver side)? or must get the rubber damper and top mounting too?
Can recommend a cheap stockist and workshop to fix the problem?

Hi there is two alternative for you.

First can get the parts from nissan supplier and get it done in JB or with TCM which is expensive.

I did mine at JB with parts bought from Singapore. The front aborber cost me $60+ without GST/pcs that is Japan brand, If original absorber will cost you 200+ without GST/pcs. The rubber stop cost me original 32+ without GST/pcs....Mine no need to change the stopper so save on that. Installation done in JB for RM$50  only....

Just made a call to Autoaid, the price is rather high for changing the front 2 absorber, rubber damper and mounting cap..

Need some cheaper alternative.. Bro JazOntheMOVE, just sent you a PM.
