air con blowing warm air at 25deg and above

Hi all,

Got my 2nd hand Latio Premium (2006 registered) 3wks ago. I noticed the air con isn't v cold at 25deg when i got the car.

Just yesterday afternoon, the air con was blowing warm air at any temp 25deg and above, but anything 24deg and below was cold air. When the car was stationary (with engine running), the air was cold (at 25deg), but it was warm air again when the car started moving.

However, during the yesterday evening and this morning, the problem was gone.

Any guys here know what's wrong?

Nothing is wrong, the temperature outside is colder than inside the car when the car is moving, never happen during hot days but is happening every morning for the last few days due to the cold temperature.

thks for the reply, i will monitor the situation and c if it still blow warm air when it's hot outside

Latio air-cond have heater and cooler desinged for winter country.

hi, i posted a similar problem in an earlier post.

was quite sure that the air con has some faults based on all the noise im hearing from within.

sent it down to TC 2 days ago and they replaced the sensor and evaporator assembly for me..

so far (fingers crossed), it seems fine.. my 2 cents worth.
