Tire recommendations please

Can the folks recommend some good tires? My budget is around $130-$150. The car is a Latio 2008cvt, I understand the rim is 15”.

Quite confused as Yokohoma  ES501 recommended by Tan Chong seems to have negative reviews in the wet road gripping area. The original Toyomoto tires weren’t to bad in my opinion but I was told there were better ones around.

Sorry for reposting this but really need to make a decision soon as over 50k already.
