The rear window defogger faulty

Hi, need some advise on the rear window defogger.  As every car rear window defogger got a lot of electrical conductors and its use to reduce the moisture, fog and frost on the rear window surface to improve the rear view.

But for mine, I noticed that there are 3 electrical conductors not working at all. (The top 2 are working but the next 3 are not, and the rest is ok.)

Does anyone of your car have this type of fault?
