SSS Sss sound at driver side

Hi bro,

Lately my Latio got this SSS SSS sound when drive more than 10 mins. Ie when start no such sound.

I got it inspected at a workshop, tech say it's the mileage meter spoilt. Possible?
Well he did help me look into the wiring behind the wheels and tighten any loose wire, but still no help. He say this is not critical, just have to live with it unless change the meter which is $x00. So he recommend me not to do anything.

1) not Aircon, on or off aircon also got this sound.
2) not my loose items in car ( I know some of u must be thinking this )
3) SSS SSS sound when "activated" is louder when car is on bumpy road.

Help...

Juz to find were u the 1st owner or u bought it 2nd hand?
If its a used car previous owner might have done some mods to it that causes the unsual noise

Nope. Sometimes it really sounds like a lousy wiring. Those like lousy then vibrate the got sound. But checked and double checked, no lousy wiring leh.

u sure not aircon? when my cooling coil was leaking, off engine liao still can hear hissing sound for another 5 min.
