Damage leather to back seat door handle

Hi

Accidentally damage the leather with sharp object resulting in about 10cm gaping slash. Its located below the power window area. Anyone knows how much will it cost to have it change. Can the leather be reupholstered without replacing the entire handle unit that include the power window mechanism? FYI mine is the light cream leather interior. Thanks All
