Remove central armrest

Hi,

any bro know how to remove the central armrest?

Mine has rattling noise when travelling and is very irritating.....asked TCM and they said it is very troublesome to remove & insulate....labour cost chargable as well....

no lah...i wanna remove, tighten then install back....
