Just go to any car leather upholstery shop to change the leather.  I changed mine at premiere-one auto in Shun Li.  I think $40-50 nia.

I did mine at Eugene Saddlery along jln besar very gd wkmanship & pricin...
He added extra sponge to cushion up è armrest for a better feel
