Recommendation for Aircon Service

Hi all, cn you recommend some good places for servicing aircon? My 4 yr old latio aircon is not so cold anymore. Sometimes it is ok. But, yesterday afternoon the weather was so hot, even I put my aircon 23 degree with full blast fan, still i am sweating all the way to home. wondering whether i need to top-up again. anyone can recommend? thanks.

any hissing noise from right hand side dashboard?if there is that means ur a/c leaking liao.
