rattling noise when reverse gear with foot brake on.

ya man mine can hear inside cabin when i floor the accelerator. like grinding noise, some say its the shaft??? or connecting wheel arms?? also quite irritating when the car like dam quiet.. only to have that rattling noise spoil it all...

I am hearing some rattling noise at my exhaust area when I engage in both P and D gear.
It is irritating, but still bearable.

It is a big issue? Should I head for a workshop immediately.
