Aircon became not cooling / cold after sometime, especially during in slow speed

if original one good or not? i assume nissan one is orginal one, but yet so many people had this problem.

I change mine at woodland and he say is original. That was last year already.

Anyway, any one encounter this, the driver and passenger seat both have 2 blowers ( driver side 1 on left and the other on the right - same as passenger side). The one the driver side is much cooler than the one on the passenger side. Anyon have any ideal?
