After doing that he plug in the OBD device to reset back the engine settings n now engine is more responsive, smooth, FC improved n torque increased. Like what Jazz said engine ping could be the cause(guessing only) n I'm still using 95oct petrol.

Bro, care to share the things that you have changed?   ;D

skullcap:
I changed air n aircon filter, plugs n CVT oil. Discovered tat everything very dirty ord. My car was pre-owned, maybe previous owner didn't replace those. But i think the only significant change tat matters could b the reseting of the engine n I'm only guessing. Still curious abt the sound tho...hope dis helps

Bro,
still having the metal sound?

maverick_2007:
I'm having the sound too, been there for past 2 yrs or so. Noticed that when I first start off the car, its fine, the sound usually starts after then engine has been running for a while. To mee this definitely feels like engine ping.
I think what bro Jazz said is correct, "cause by bad ratio mixture of fuel and air which indirectly incur bad combustion", feels like the car is running in a higher gear than it should for the current speed of the car, which is probably why it happens more at lower speeds.

So any other feedback on how to get rid of this sound....  thanks for all the inputs.

Jazz:
You may want to do a TB cleaning and re-mapping or tuning ? See if this helps.  ;)
