Road tax validity when driving in Malaysia

Hi,

Any kind soul please advise what should be the minimum validity when drive in Malaysia ?
The is my scenario,not sure if it is allowed ?

Road tax expirary : 18 Dec 2012
Planning to drive to M'sia : from 15 Dec 2012 and back on 17 Dec 2012

Dun think malaysia side need to see our car road tax.....

But u got to renew before u leave spore cos left only 1 day when u come back.....unless u wanna go renew personally....

Ohhh bro u r wrong, i was ever stopped durin a rd blk on NSH & they asked y din i display my rd tax. Another time i was stopped durin their routine "kopi time"  at jb town and he asked è same qns regardin rd tax display. He wanted to "fine" me but i told him dat i juz installed window film.

Anyway as long got display & valid, they wont kajiao u...
