unless its the slight slipping of the brakes then I do hear the popping sound... its akin to the brakes and the caliper are at biting point.... that is my tender tapping of the brakes... normally stationary at traffic lights while waiting for green....

However if you are referring to gentle brakes while your car is moving and yet you hear popping sound then better to have it checked out for safety reason.

Thanks. The popping sound happen when stopping the car. Gentle brakes till completely stop the car, during this last step - completely stop and fully pressed on the brake, the popping or knocking sound happen.
So, this is normal?

Perhaps you can try gentle braking and when your car is almost stationary... step harder on the brake and see if the popping sound still occurs. It does happen at times to my car due to the biting point of the brakes and the caliper. It's like the brake is almost holding on tight to the caliper and yet letting it slip hence that results in the popping or knocking sound and its pretty audile even with car audio on.

And this is pretty much more obvious is its after rain or car wash when the caliper is corroded. Try it out and if you are still worried then better have it checked cos brake is a crucial component hence better not risk it.

Thanks. Yes, this is what happening to me.
So is the caliper and the brakes.
Not sure how much is your repair cost.
Think have to go back Nissan or riverview to have it repair.

If what I described is what you are experiencing then it perfectly normal. Dun waste money on diagnosis. Go kelvin bro workshop for your next servicing and he will help you do a thorough check.
