no need order, just make appointment or drive down to workshop, normally they have ex-stocks.

if the sound you mention is hissing sound, meaning like not enough aircon gas and aircon not cold as before, the mechanic will check for leaks in your cooling coil and elsewhere in your engine bay in the aircon system.
