How to remove cement stains from car.

dear all,any advise to removed cements stains from the side of the door. park by the side of the road, a cement truck passed by and causes some splashes of cement to my car side door. :mad:
Trying water to wash it down,but unfortunately it hardened up real fast under today hot weather...
