Left side mirror problem

I think someone hit my left side mirror until when i switch on/off the button, there wasn't any response on my left side mirror..

checked and found the left side mirror can move easily and no longer in 'lock' position.

what could be the problem and damage? any advise?

due to the impact when some elephant walk pass or object hit it,it will damaged the internal folding gear. :crycry:
