Exhaust Cone & exhaust pipe problem

Bro,

I have a problem with squeaky noise, brought to TCM and they say due to exhaust cone. They lubricate the part and squeaky noise goes away for a while. Can this part be changed? Can PM me price and how long it takes to change?
