Topping up wiper water

Is it the tank with a blue cap the one I shd top up wiper water with?

Also, is using tap water fine or there is certain specialized fluids?

Yes at your bottom left hand corner with the windscreen logo on top.

You can top up tap water and you can add those windscreen solutions as well.
