Mobil 5W30 high mileage oil and Mobil Oil Filter (M1-108)

Hey,

I am thinking of switching to Mobil 1 (45000-6PK) 5W-30 High Mileage Motor Oil. Current mileage traveled is 146K.

Any one that have used or evaluated this engine oil before, can advise me please?

Can the Mobil Oil Filter part number good for our Latio ?
