Feels like in wrong gear ration when moving off from stationary

Hi folks,

Am wondering if any of you had experience of Latio having diffculties moving off from stationary especially at gentle upslope junction?

The symptoms that I'm experiencing is, as if the gearbox is in the wrong gear ratio (high gear in auto context) and it's very strenuous to move off despite stepping heavily on the acclerator.

Hence wondering if any of you could advise?
