Latio Lower Arm

HI all,

    During my recent servicing, was told that the front lower arm has crack but can still not need to change as the labour cost if expensive. WS advice to change later together with suspension. Anyone has experience front lower arm rubber crack? Should buy from Nissan Stockist?
