Need Advice for Repair and Replace a rear tyre...

Hi! Latio Owners,

I just bough a 2nd hand Latio from another Owner.

Yesterday went to TCM for service, below finding:

3PCS ENGINE MTG, REAR WHEEL BRG & BOTH DRIVESHAFT OIL SEAL
NO ROTATE / BALANCE TYRE - REAR TYRES DIFFERENT

Can any bro/sis advise or recommend me any workshop good to repair these? TCM quote me 300++ for the replacement of seal.  :unsure:

checking on the tyres, found the previous owner only replace 1 rear tyre, the other 1 was very jia lat liao... So i was looking for a used tyre to replace... =)

Please advise me.. kam sia...
