Yes... as i've mentioned earlier... if you are not an existing NTUC Union Member... no point rushing to join the Union just for the Udrive Card. Union fees is about ~$100/yr... ::)

Just to add on, the 5% quarterly basis thingy is only for citibank dividend card. But, on top of that, all citibank cards will get 5% discount for Esso

this maybank is smart.
if we use that, we saved 5% on fuel. but we lost on currency exchange charged to the credit card :(
