Will changing air filter and spark plug outside void warranty???

A noobie question:

If say i buy a knn drop in filter and change it outside, will TCM void my warranty? oso changing spark plug will void anot??? coz TCM so many rules and regulation #%@#&.......

oh..... think i saw it in this forum some1 posted say the spark plug is iridium. is it true????

it suppose to last up to 100k.........
