My FC getting worse.......help!!

used to average 450..... dunno wat happened.... everythingy the same as routine :glare:

still shell.... but VPower (using Shell 95 since Oct 06'.... only last tank is Vpower)
but prior to tat already have sign liao..... so trying to 1st change the black air filter (let engine "breath" better).... then change tat ******** "fastflo" (which I feel is already gone @ 7K)
