But mine is OPC, so chose to opt out as I doubt can hit 50k in 2.5yrs.

mine non opc, but i use only during wk days...
8mths only slightly pass 10,000km...
despite i when up and down KL 2-3times since...
the duration of the NPMP package only 2days 40,000km...
i doubt it is worth for me to sign up too...
but i think it is a good package if u can clock 20,000km in one year...

Free is mineral. Synthetic have to pay or bring own oil.

3rd free servicing uses mineral oil, my advice is to use the synthetic oil either from TCM or bring along your own oil...can last for the next 10k km...if use mineral oil after 5k km need to change oil again...I was charged abt $70 for Shogun during my 3rd servicing...

hmm just want to find out >>so all in all, is it good to have the NPMP program?? or just service outside (reliable mechanics)?

currently i was given a quite good NPMP package by my SE when i bought the car >> 7 times free services from 1000km onwards

Hi bro,

It all depends on individual regarding servicing at TCM or outside....For me, I did my servicing at TCM for the 3 years under warranty, easier to 'bang table' if anything spoils during this period...but I'm currently looking for outside mechanic which is reliable for my servicing on my 30k km onwards when warranty ends...cheaper to bring my own engine oil & service outside....juz my 2cents' worth... :cool2:
