How to calculate FC?

Any thumb of rule to calculate the Fuel consumption?

1. fill the tank to the brim
2. the drive "A" kilometres
3. fill the tank to the brim again
4. take note of the amount of fuel, "B" litres
5. FC = A divided by B (kilometres per litre)

it is just that lately need to do some FC calculation.

petrol price is way too high.

ya, indeed, scary memory!

in fact, just to calculate how many km per litre.

when you pump ur tank to full, you reset it to 0.
when you pump again the subsequent time, just to divide the 2 values:

total km u run for your earlier tank
   divided by
the total litres you pump now

then you get your FC loh :)

i always pump to full and calculate the FC all the time
that's why i said QED = Quite Easily Done

That's how I calculate too...but do take note to fill up our tank to the brim & not the auto-stop for more accurate FC calculation...one mistake that I made prev.... :blink:
