My car kena paint from workers painting block!

Sigh, this morning, i was awaken from sleep (just come back from night shift) by my sis, that my car kena droplets of paint due to the negligence of the painters for not covering up the car when they're doing the painting...

The reason the worker in-charge said is because they were painting the side of the block and ASSUMING that it won't splatter.

Not only my car, but my neighbour's Nissan Latio (red) also kena. His is worse bcoz his car more nearer to the area where they paint.

The white paint are like stars on my sapphire black latio. Affected parts are the front and the right side... From far cannot see, but visibly clear if you are very near.

Wanna make noise also no use, wanna whack the fella up also no use, bcoz it has already happen. Sianz.

KPKB to the person in charge, and he scold his man for their negligience.

They are arranging for a polish company to come down tmr morning and polish.

Questions:

1) Can this splatter of paint droplets be removed with normal polishing like those provided by fellow bros' car grooming service? (e.g. Perfectionism, Gloshine, or even latioboy91  :bleh:)

2) Should I go and wash at petrol kiosk since they use jet spray bcoz some of the droplets can be removed if wiped with a slight pressure?

3) Or just let them polish tmr and see the results, if not ask them to pay for the damages.

4) How much is the cost to repaint if suay suay need to repaint?

Sorry for the questions asked, heart pain liao since car only 4months++ old.

I will post pics so that have a better view.

Any advise or experience to share, pls enlighten me. Thank you so much.
