Good Service Advisor to Recommend
« on: September 03, 2008, 12:08:22 PM »
Those of you who service your Nissan at Ubi and Bt Timah, what are the names of the SA who accorded you good service and worth mentioning?

What did they do for you to make them stand out from the rest?

Just been to Ubi on Mon. No fantastic SA to mention....
Actually, I think the mechanic tried to blow smoke up my rear... that is a long story....
I was served by Donald Tan a long long long time ago when I bought my 2nd ikey. He was quite nice. Settle for me the programming when everyone was out to lunch. He must be very lao jiao one.

I just don't understand, why do we need a good SA for? For me, I just let them service my car & go  :devil2:

If you meet an arrogant Service Advisor like mine who makes you wait 8 hours for a simple 1,000km oil change and does not keep to his promise to rectify your car's faults after 8 hours, you would want a more friendly and less hostile SA to serve you.
