for the benefits of those who go jb pump petrol...
my personal experience:
half tank still pass custom check, as i did got check by custom officers when my needle is at half tank, he let me pass... so customs officers are quite reasonable...
usually at half tank i only pump abt 20L
once again, a call to all latios who pump petrol in jb, we can go in together, I live in bishan, so those nearby can go together... pump petrol, eat a bit supper, or go massage...

i thk that chap never know the 'risk', i heard to pump little bit like that got explosion risk? due to the spark (if any?)
aiya, i thk he forgot to use one skill called "推" i.e. to push (goyang) the car... then he can sqiz to 51 litre for his Latio? :)
