not 18 yet lah. 17++ only. I am one of those 80 kph drivers on the expressway. No aircon in the morning. Got aircon also 27 degrees. Strictly below 2500 rpm. Minimal acceleration and braking.
I sustained around 17.25 for 2 years. Now change job 60HW 40 and my wife drives to work in the morning so FC drop to 16.7 liao. Once in a while when she is not so much in a rush still can see the 17 lah.

27 degrees setting for thermostat is very hot, you know?
I set 25 also so hot, so I set it at 24 now which is just right.

It depends on individual, me also afraid of cold, I set between 23 to 26 depend on morning, afternoon or evening.
