Bro, dun gamble on your luck hor.

Hi Jazz

Gm.

Oh, no gamble one, just LUT nia...

Last night, when it hit 485km, the RED light suddenly turn on liao...
Then, i pumped 35litres at Caltex (15% discnt fr Starcard)...
The gauge shows almost FULLTank, but I know that is not a 'real full tank' loh.

Scary, 485km then RED LIGHT ON. I guess this tank can run up to 550km at least... (if i run until it dries off :) )

Regards.
sorry, i must agree because i don't know how to disagree. agreeeee only....

Hello guys

How tight is the checking at custom these few days? I am going to Msia this Friday again.
My fuel tank left 8% (red light NOT ON yet! may be another 20km then Red light on) oni.... hit 460km already. This tank, i thk my FC is very good ones horrrr

Too low a fuel level can lead to damage to the fuel pump in the long term.

Advisabll to top up when fuel indicator is at 1/4 level.

You need to monitor, seem like your fuel gauge indicator not that accurate.

Anyway, no problem to pump when red light is on, dun listen to bullshit too much.  :D

Hi Jazz,

Good morning.

Ohhh, not really leh, coz this 2 wks oni drive in SG leh. So, i think to achieve 12.5 to 13km/L FC is not a problem mah. My foot is very obedient one this 2 weeks, but not the other 'one' :)

Aiyo, don't say other people 'bs' leh... They are sharing their experiences and thoughts only. We like each other so much wohhhh  :bleh:

Hia ll,

I am back fr Msia yday, i think they are not free to chk for 3/4 Fuel. If they want to check, they can ask those officers who check our car boots to check the Fuel gauge at the same time, but, why they aren't checking leh? Pls kindly "suggest" to ICA? :)

This is not common knowledge lah.... Fuel pump for different car in different places... Can be in tank, below tank, under chasis etc. Don't think anyone here changed one of those yet. I bet you ask where is the fuel filter also will hardly get a reply (I know the next question will be "got fuel filter one meh? How to change huh?").
Quite busy these few days. I see if I can find the info this week end.

The Latio's fuel pump, level sensor and filter are in a single sub-assembly located in the fuel tank. The fuel pump operates for 1 second after you turn the ignition to "ON".
