TC vs AutoSaver Servicing

went autosaver ubi yesterday for 20K servicing.... my comments:
good:
- can see what they are doing to your car and ask questions
- nice mechanics, very friendly and helpful
- rebate for engine oil is $45, rebate for wipers is $19
- can use own aircon filter, they help to change without labour charge
- much cheaper than TC
- even help me change wipers
- showed me engine diagnostic results, explained to me the detail portions
- if you want, can topup $20 for amsoil engine oil 5w30
bad:
- small place, can only accomodate 2 cars at one time
- small office with 1 chair, 1 fish tank and old magazines
- only vacuum, no car wash and no interior clean

For what you pay at Autosaver, which is 1/2 the price that Tan Chong charges, cannot expect so many things like complimentary car wash too.
The car wash at Tan Chong is no big deal either, with some forumers here reporting their cars had swirl marks on body after car wash.
