I have a question about the power steering. I can turn the wheel slightly when i am holding the brake and car is stationary. the wheel can also move when the leg brake is on and engine off.

is this normal ? should i send to TC for check.

No cause for concern.

Perfectly normal.

However, wgen making turns especially in tight corners, you should always avoid turning your steering wheel when the car is stationary, to avoid damage to the wheel alignment and over stress the power steering mechanism.
