To me i notice that if you turn on aircon and drive long distance, the rattling sound is more prominent, sometimes also when you put to reverse gear and start reversing.

I tried 2 days, drive without aircon, and i hear little or no rattling noise.

I dunno how to tell the service advisor in order for him to troubleshoot help me effectively.
Help ! Also ;-p

From my experience with TCM on a similar problem, the service advisor would have to assign one of his mechanics to test-drive the car with you. Until he hears the rattling noise, they will not be able to identify the problem and fix it. So, you will have to find the time and patience for the TCM people to resolve the problem for you. It's a pain in the neck but I supposed there is no other way.

Could it be the aircon vent that is giving you this problem? I ever complained about rattling sound from passenger side, but the sound is only audible when I turn down my car radio audio voulme. They changed all the aircon vent and the sound is gone.
