Bro..i've used zippo liquid and my paintwork never get damage, its been a year and the paint work is still fine..,if u want i can upload the pic here to share.. ;D

try use the car polish shine spray...
when i have small stains on car I normally will spray it on a dry microfibre cloth then wipe the stain area in circular motion....

i dun spray directly on car as the spray will kena other areas... so use cloth is best...

I vote for the car polish as well... there's this car polish/sealant called Hi-Glaze 88... quite good..!  :thumbsup: When I removed a car sticker from my car body, still got the "outline" sticky part, I used it and it did the job...

That is super power one.... can melt through plastic book covers, drawer formica lining... if left there long enough....
