not a good sign, it's a direct indication that the nation is more cautious of their disposable income, which means people are not sure where the economy is heading but my guess is South.

Dun complain...you are paying 3k less by booking it 1 mth after me.....my advise is....never look forward to the next COE price once u booked ur car....less painful this way...ignorence is always a bliss....
