any polish should remove the marks
it is normal
even nails will cause that
sometimes u carry key, ring, etc also kena

The gap to insert your fingers to open the door handle is small compred to other Japanese rides

I had the same prob...used Meguiers scratchX to remove them...so far, q effective, guess is unavoidable.
