I thought wear and tear no free replacement..
I was also puzzled why my brake pads and belt worn off so fast..But to be on the safe side, I changed them as per recommended..

not all parts are included, but belt, brake pads, bulbs, spark plugs are definitely included

Oh My God!
So I am not the only one to get into deep s.h.i.t. and being accused by 2 forumers for "conveying wrong message and mis-leading here." through no fault of mine when the Service Advisor at Tan Chong Motors gave me the wrong information.
This goes to show that sometimes, it is better to get a 2nd opinion from outside workshops.

I will complain to TC about this and insist to change my
servicing to NPMP which is alot more worthwhile!!

Thanks for the info bro.
Just wish to update about my saga with TC.
After I found out from you wonderful guys about
the wrong info given by the lady, I immediately
gave my "feedback" to TC. :devil2:
My SA just called and inform me that head office has agreed to
change my Package A to NPMP. I just need to make up the difference which comes up to around $720.
Its definitely more worthwhile as my remaining 3 servicing of C,A & B will definitely cost me >$720 without including costs of any spare parts charges if any in future.
