Gear Shift problem

Seems better.  If I shift to P before stepping footbrake, the shift will not be smooth

SoL:
Whatever you do, just remember to shift to P as the last step. Best to let the car roll to a complete stop i.e. let the car rest on the parking brake, then shift to P.

That way the car won't roll and let the teeth lock into place.
