I've read about so many forumers complaining about this.

In my case, I did not highlight the sound when turn steering fast. Mine is got sound even turn slow because the cable loose. It is the technician who highlighted to me on his own that if turn fast, can hear the motor sound, which is "normal".

That's a good sign. I hope Tan Chong improves on its service.
I think it also depends on which service centre you went to and the service advisor who attended to you.
Which service centre did you go to?

I went Bukit Timah. The advisor was Stephen Ang (I think).

My steering wheel a bit misalign. Do I have to get it done before Vicom check? And also, when I turn my steering fast, i do hear some noise like fabric rubbing each other.

Better get the wheel align. I kenna before for wheel misalignment and did not pass inspection. So got to pay to have it align and then pay again for a second inspection (though it is a little cheaper than the first inspection fee), not to mention the trouble of having to go to VICOM to queue up for a second time.
Regarding the sound, my case was the cable loose and the sound can be heard even if turn steering slowly. If I turn fast, it is the motor sound which is normal (according to TCM guys).
